Shipping Policy


Confirmation Email

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the email address you provided along with your order. Please review your order information and contact us as soon as possible if any changes are needed to be made. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call at 1-800-610-9233 and the email will be resent.

Shipping

Once the order has been successfully placed, the order is then immediately processed and prepared for delivery. The order is then picked up by our freight carriers estimated on the next business day. Generally, the shipping time is approximately between 3-5 business days.

Free Shipping

We currently only ship in the United States. We do not ship internationally outside of the States at this time. In most areas, the shipping is free. For certain areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, freight is not free, an additional cost of approximately $600 may apply. Please contact us if you are unsure about the additional costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Massage Chair has been picked up by our freight carriers and is on the way, we will email you a copy of the invoice along with the tracking information. You receive your tracking number within a few business days, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time and estimate your scheduled delivery day.
